How to File a Complaint or Appeal
CenCal Health wants you to have the best possible medical care. We welcome questions, complaints, or suggestions about the care you receive. Your comments help to improve the services we provide to you as our Member.
CenCal Health wants you to have a good relationship with your doctors. Often your doctor and his/her office staff will answer your questions about your health care or medical treatments. If you are not able to solve a problem or concern with your doctor, you may file a complaint with
CenCal Health.
Complaints and/or appeals may be filed on-line at the
link below or by calling CenCal Health’s Member Services
Department at 1-877-814-1861. You may also file
complaints in-person or by mail at:
