CenCal Health offers a choice of medical plans for family members and registered domestic partners. These plans include HMO or PPO options with a competitive employee contribution. We also offer employer paid dental and vision benefits for full time employees.

CenCal Health provides benefits to protect you and your family including Life Insurance, Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability at no cost to the employee.

Time Off Benefits
Personal Time Off (PTO): 1-5 years of service = 22 days/yr for non-exempt employees: exempt = 27 days per year. An additional 5 days for all after 5 years. PTO pay cash-out available.
Holidays: 9 paid holidays plus one personal day/year
