Debbie joined CenCal Health as our Director of Human Resources/Administrative Services in June, 2009.

Prior to joining CenCal Health, Debbie served as the Human Resource Leader for four start-up organizations in Santa Barbara. As a long term resident and committed member of the Santa Barbara community, Debbie is also an instructor in USCB’s Human Resource Management Certificate Program and is a past adjunct faculty member for the Antioch University’s MAOM program. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Barbara Human Resource Association since 2002, as Past President and Vice President of Professional Development and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the California State Council for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Debbie holds a Masters in Organizational Management, a BA in Business Administration, SPHR Certification, and a Certificate in Human Resource Management from UCLA.
