Jeff Hamm
County Classification - Director of SLO County Public Health Department

Mr. Jeffrey Hamm was named Director of the San Luis Obispo County Health Agency in May of 2006 after having served as its Deputy Director. Most of his professional career has been in public service for the County of San Luis Obispo Administration. Mr. Hamm earned his Bachelor’s degree at Cal Poly University. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors of CenCal Health, he serves on the Board of Trustees of the San Luis Obispo County Pension Trust, the Executive Committee for the County Health Executives Association of California, and the Executive Council for San Luis Obispo County Children’s Services Network. Mr. Hamm enjoys cycling and golf and has been married to his wife, Joannie for 28 years. They have two adult children living in San Luis Obispo and Los Gatos respectively.
